Push-up against a tree
- Stand hip-width apart in front of a tree so that you can touch the tree with your fingertips with your arms outstretched
- Tense your whole body so that you can keep your upper body and legs in one line
- Lean forward and place your palms against the trunk at chest height
- Bend and straighten your arms and keep your body tensed
- Do 3 x 10-15 repetitions
