Push-up against a tree

  1. Stand hip-width apart in front of a tree so that you can touch the tree with your fingertips with your arms outstretched
  2. Tense your whole body so that you can keep your upper body and legs in one line
  3. Lean forward and place your palms against the trunk at chest height
  4. Bend and straighten your arms and keep your body tensed
  5. Do 3 x 10-15 repetitions
