Golfclub Enzesfeld

The 18-hole championship golf course in Enzesfeld, just 29 km south of Vienna, is one of the most beautiful courses in Europe.

The private golf course, originally built by Baron Rothschild at the beginning of the last century, expanded into an 18-hole course at the end of the 1960s according to the plans of American golf architect Commander John D. Harris, who designed over 30 golf courses worldwide. The course impresses with its fairways cut deep into the forest, the pure air and the wonderful tranquillity. The holes are in the hilly terrain and separated from each other by dense mixed forest. Even on busy days, you will find the peace and quiet you need for a relaxing and concentrated game. The only distraction are the breath-taking natural surroundings.

Professionals and beginners are equally enthusiastic about the facility. The Golf Club Enzesfeld offers challenging golf in beautiful natural surroundings, which you would not expect, so close to Vienna.

The family atmosphere and excellent restaurant give the club its special character.

Even after years, the system loses none of its fascination. Anyone who proves his or her worth here is equipped for any place in the world.
