Two new towns added!

Historic flair, wonderful slowness, outstanding cuisine - there is probably no other group that celebrates typical Austrian hospitality better than the Small Historic Towns. The members of the Small Historic Towns met this year for their general assembly in Judenburg. For two days, the joint tourism offers and the challenges in the towns were discussed intensively, and the applications for membership of two new towns were also voted on. President Klaus Lorenz is delighted that the resolutions were passed unanimously and welcomes the towns of Hainburg (Lower Austria) and Mittersill (Salzburg) as members of the marketing association from 2025. "The membership will be visible in the new travel guide, which will be published at the beginning of 2025, and of course on the homepage www.khs.info," explains Managing Director Eva Pötzl, "but first there are still photo and video productions to be made, which will take place in the summer." The tourism experts also used their stay in Judenburg to visit the Puch Museum and the Star Tower in Judenburg.
